These terms apply when you use the A Golden December website and buy from us. A Golden December is an online store based in Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and the Australian Consumer Law

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product, especially for electrical and outdoor items. Keep small parts away from young children.
